How to Check CBSE Class 12 Board Exam Results (SMS)

You can check your result through SMS also. For this you have to send message through your register number. You have to send the SMS in the following format

“CBSE _12_ your roll no”

You have to send this SMS to one of the following number according to your service provider.

9212357123 (National Informatics Centre)

The SMS cost 50 paisa per minute.

What after CBSE 12th Result 2018

After the declaration of the result, there will be two situations a student may go through. Either he would have passed the examination or not.

If the student have qualified than he can take admission in the further courses and colleges of their choice.

But if the student would have failed they need not to lose their hope as they have two option still left. They can either go for improvement or compartment.

Improvement: If the student have taken part in the six subject and he have been declared as pass. But he has failed in any one of the subject. Then he can go for improvement. By opting improvement the student had to only appear in that specific exam that he had failed in. The improvement exam will be conducted in the month of July 2018.


Compartment: If the one who appeared at the examination have declared failed in one of the exam. Then he should not lose his hope as he have an option still left as compartment. In compartment he has to appear in the subject he has failed in. the exam of compartment will held in the month of June. But if the students again fails in compartment then he is declared failed. He has to appear in the board’s exam next year.
