B.V.Sc. & A.H: Admission Procedure
Generally the admission to veterinary colleges is based on the results of class 12th. In some cases admission is based on entrance examination conducted by universities. AICEE a national level exam conducted by Veterinary Council of India in the month of May every year. This test is taken by students for admission to undergraduate course like Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) & Animal Husbandry (AH). Some other common entrance exams for this course are AIPVT and JCECE.

- The candidate who have completed their intermediate class studies are eligible to apply for course in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry(AH). The qualification must be obtained from a reputed educational institution with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.
- The candidate should also possess at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination to apply for the same. Institutions running under government offer relaxation of marks for candidates belonging to reserved classes.
- Should have cleared the cut off in AICEE exam conducted by Veterinary Council of India
