MBBS Admission in India has many government and private universities/colleges where students may pursue their medical and dental courses. MBBS and BDS are the trending courses among students now-a-days.Some colleges also offer the internship facility along with the course duration.

MBBS Admission 2018

The admission in MBBS/BDS programmes will be offered through NEET national level entrance exam. The NEET 2018 application form will be started from the First week of February 2018. Candidates those who fulfill the given eligibility criteria can apply for NEET 2018.

  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • OCI candidates can also apply.
  • The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
  • The maximum age is 25 years and 30 years for reserved categories.
  • Candidates should pass the 12th class with a PCB subject combination along with English as a compulsory subject.
  • Candidates those studying in 12th class can also apply.

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected for the seat allotment on the basis of rank. The seats will be allotted at the time of counselling. After declaration of the NEET result, the authority will release the merit list of the candidates as per their ranks. Candidates have to appear in the online counselling where they have to fill the preferences of colleges. For participating in the counselling it is necessary to first register on the respective counselling website. Candidates have to verify their documents for the allotment of seats. Candidates can download the admission letter and report to the allotted colleges for final admission.
