JEE Main Result 2018, Score Card, Rank List – Check JEE Result Here
JEE Main Result 2018 along with rank is releasing on 30th April 2018 (Paper 1). JEE Main is a national level examination organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Aspirants looking for admission in B.Tech & B.Arch courses offered by IITs, NITs and other colleges may appear for this exam. Various government and private colleges of India consider the JEE Main score for providing admission. For admission in IITs, candidates have to clear both JEE Main and JEE Advanced examinations.
The result shall be made available to the candidates online via the official website. In order to check the result of JEE Main 2018 online , the candidates have to enter their roll number and date of birth on the result page of officials websites. The result of Paper I will be announcement of the Scores obtained by the candidates in the exam. Whereas, in the Paper II, the All India Rank of the candidates will be declared. Also, the final scorecards of the candidates will be out after the declaration of the AIR.

- Enter your JEE Main 2018 roll number and date of birth
- Now click on Submit button
- You can now see your JEE Main score, All India Rank and category rank, and qualifying status for JEE Advanced 2018.
- Your JEE Main score card is also available for downloading with the result. Use the download button and get access to your JEE Main score card 2018.
JEE Main Cut-Off 2018
The cut-off is releasing along with the result on 30th April for paper 1. JEE Main cut-off will depend upon various factors like students appeared in the exam, difficulty level, etc. Cut-off will be released category wise. Below we have mentioned the last year cut-off to appear for the JEE Advanced exam:

How to calculate JEE Main score and rank?
Since the JEE Main exam contains negative marking, the overall result will be calculated by implying the negative marking as well. For all the correct answers, 4 marks will be allotted and for all the wrong answers, 1/4th marks will be deducted. After implying all these conditions, the final score will form the basis of the declaration of the result.
Formula to calculate JEE Main Score
JEE Main Score = 4 marks x number of correct answers - number of wrong answers x 1
JEE Main Result – Score Card/Rank Card
The scorecard or the Rank Card will be release form the second part of JEE Main 2018 Result. The scorecards will be posted on the official website for downloading. It must be noted that no scorecards will be posted to the candidates. They shall be required to download them from the official website only. Link will be updated as soon as the result is announced . In the month of June 2018, the scorecards or the Rank cards will be made available to the candidates for download.
